Our Delivery Policy
Our aim is to recover costs on delivery if we can. Apart from the small items we fail to do this. The Royal Mail are the ultimate winners. To keep it simple we charge per item.
Standard UK Delivery
Non personalised items delivered by our standard service are normally dispatched within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Personalised goods are normally dispatched with 5 days. This service costs a maximum of just £1.45 per item for orders delivered in the United Kingdom. You should allow up to 15 days for delivery of personalised aprons.
- Orders of 3 items or more are delivered for a fixed cost of £4.35 per order.
- Urgent orders will be accommodated if possible and delivered for fixed cost of £5.95 per order.
Deliveries Outside the UK
We can ship products all over the world but you need to contact us for a price. The default charge for Overseas delivery is £70. To avoid this charge - Just email details of the products you wish to purchase and the country and we will email back the delivery price and details of how to process the order.
For goods being sent outside the United Kingdom we charge by weight and
we are unable to offer any free or fixed charge service for larger
orders. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours from the time the
order is placed and should arrive within 10 days of dispatch.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK and the EU may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by The Cooks Friend Company (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts). You may want to consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
Multiple Addresses
If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address.
