Our Delivery Policy

Our aim is to recover costs on delivery if we can. Apart from the small items we fail to do this. The Royal Mail are the ultimate winners. (with another huge increase on 1st April). We use a points system. Most textiles and small items are allocated 1 point. Heavier or bulky items are allocated more points. But maximum charge for any order within the UK is £5.65

Standard UK Delivery

Non personalised items delivered by our standard service are normally dispatched the next working day. Personalised goods are normally dispatched within 5 working days but you should allow up to 10 days for delivery of personalised aprons. This service costs just £2.25 per item for most textiles and small items delivered in the United Kingdom.

Orders of 3 items or more are delivered for a fixed cost of £5.65 per order.

Urgent orders will be accommodated if possible and delivered for fixed cost of £9.95 per order.
If you use the priority service please state, in the comments box on the delivery address page, when you would like your order delivered.

Deliveries Outside the UK

For goods being sent outside the United Kingdom we charge by weight and we are unable to offer any free or fixed charge service for larger orders. Goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours (non personalised) and 6 working days (personalised) from the time the order is placed and should arrive within 10 days of dispatch. You can choose tracked on untracked.
Note: Untracked parcels will not be deemed lost until 30 days after the despatch date. No replacement or refund can be offered until that time has elapsed.

Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK and the EU may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by The Cooks Friend Company (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts). You may want to consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

Multiple Addresses

If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address.

Incorrectly Supplied Delivery Addresses

The Seller is not responsible for and will not replace any goods lost due to the Buyer supplying an incorrect delivery address.
