Our Security Guarantee

The security of your transaction is of paramount importance to The Cooks Friend Company. We use two levels of security for your data:

  1. Whilst we collect your shipping and billing details we use a secure server provided to us by I-Next Ltd. You can validate this using the padlock in your browser. This ensures that any details you provide are never transmitted across the Internet without being encrypted.

  2. When it is time to collect you payment card details we transfer you to our PCI DSS compliant payment provider, Worldpay. Your credit card details are only transmitted to and processed by Worldpay. Worldpay are a dedicated provider of credit card transaction servces and they adhere to the highest standards of security.
