Our Service Commitment

We take pride in offering great service and we make every effort to ship your order promptly. We endeavour to dispatch all non personalised orders within 24hrs but allow 7 days for delivery. We endeavour to dispatch personalised orders within 5 days but allow 10 days for delivery. All products are held at our central warehouse and dispatched from there. Your order will, wherever possible, be sent to you in one delivery.


We aim to hold all standard items in stock at all times. If for some reason an item is not in stock we will give you our best estimate of delivery times and endeavour to keep you informed.


All prices are in UK Pounds sterling and inclusive of UK VAT.


Your credit card will be charged when you place the order.

Returning Goods

Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us. We regret that the cost of return postage is not refundable unless the product is found to be faulty. No refund will be given for personalised products unless the product is faulty.


If any non-personalised product does not meet your expectations, please return it to us in re-saleable condition (unused and in original packaging) within 14 days and we will either refund your money or replace the item. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
